What is a Capface?
A little character with a big click. Two dots and a line, deadpan or up to something, sitting on a base with a real mechanical switch inside. You hear the switch. You never see it. Shuffle the colors until one finds you: every Capface has a name, a mood and a story.
Will it fit my keyboard?
Yes, if your keyboard takes MX-style switches, which most mechanical keyboards do. A Capface is a 1u cap on a standard cross stem, so it goes on any 1u MX key.
Can I change the face?
Yes. Pull the cap off the base and put another one on. Swap the face. Keep the click. A mood is a face tile on its own, so the same Capface can wear a different face.
Who is it for?
Desks, keyboards and gift lists. Anyone who likes a real click. Capfaces are rated for ages 8 and up, and orders are placed by adults, 18 or older. The warning printed on every item is at the top of this page.
How long does shipping take?
Every Capface is made to order. The Shipping page has the days, the rate and when it is free.
Can I send it back?
Something broken, wrong or missing is replaced or refunded. The Returns page has the details.
Where are they made?
In Prescott, Arizona. Printed, put together and packed by hand.
