Every Capface is made to order on a kitchen table in Prescott, Arizona, then packed by hand and sent your way.

Where we ship

Anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US yet.

How long it takes

The days at the top of this page are how long it takes us to make your order and hand it to the carrier. Then the carrier takes it from there, usually a few more business days.

Local pickup

If we gave you a pickup code, use it at checkout: there is no postage, and we hand your order over in person when it is ready instead of shipping it.

Tracking

When your box ships we email you the tracking link. It is on your order page too.

One box

Everything in one order ships together, so extra faces ride in the same box.

Something went wrong

If a box is late, lost or arrives broken, email hello@capfaces.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
