What is the margin? Keystone: wholesale is half of the retail price, so every unit doubles at the register.
Will you undercut me? No. Our own site never sells an Original below $12.99, and that is the minimum advertised price we ask you to keep too.
What are the minimums? An opening order starts at $120; a reorder at $75.
How do the case packs work? Originals come 12 to a case, each a named Capface. The counter display holds 12 on the counter and spares in the bin behind its backdrop.
How do I restock? Scan the code on the back of your display. It opens your own stockist page: tap the pockets that sold and send the restock. It also shows what has sold, your orders and your invoices.
Is it retail-ready? The counter display is a printed box made for a register. Every unit carries its age grade and the choking-hazard warning. Ask us about barcodes.
How fast do you ship? Ships in 5–7 business days, reorders included. We make them in Prescott, Arizona.
What are the payment terms? Your first order is prepaid by card or ACH. Net 30 opens after 2 paid orders.
What about freight? Free over $200; a flat $12 under it.
What if something arrives damaged? We replace it. We do not take returns on units that sold through.
How do I know it will sell? Founding stockists: a 60-day sell-through guarantee. What does not sell, we take back.
Is it compliant? Ages 8 and up, with CPSIA small-parts labeling on every unit. Ask us for our certificates.
What support do we get? A sample for the register, an in-store demo if you want one, and a shout-out to our list when you stock us.
Do you limit how many shops carry it? Yes: one shop per 2-mile radius.
