Who runs it

Capfaces LLC, Prescott, Arizona ("Capfaces", "we") runs the Capfaces monthly giveaway. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or Pinterest. By entering, you release them from any liability connected with it.

Who can enter

Legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older when they enter. Employees of Capfaces and their immediate families and households cannot enter or win.

When

Each calendar month is its own giveaway. A month opens at 12:00 a.m. Arizona time (MST) on its first day and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. Arizona time on its last day. The month's Capface is named on capfaces.com/win.

How to enter

Go to capfaces.com/win, give your email, check the box, and confirm your entry from the email we send you. An entry counts once it is confirmed. One entry per person per month, however many emails you use. Entering joins the Capfaces email list; you can unsubscribe at any time and your entry still counts.

You can also enter by mail, free: send a postcard with your name, your email and the month you are entering to Capfaces LLC where we receive mail, printed at the bottom of our emails. One postcard per person per month, received before that month closes. A mail-in entry is one entry and does not join any email list.

Extra entries (optional)

• A friend: when someone enters through your personal link, confirms their entry, and is new to Capfaces, you get one extra entry that month, up to the monthly maximum shown on capfaces.com/win. Referring yourself, or anyone using an email that is yours, does not count.
• A daily entry: one extra entry for each day you claim it from your entry page that month.

Extra entries are never sold and never require a purchase. Entries made by automated means, or by anyone using more than one identity, are void, and we may hold or review referrals before they count.

Rewards for bringing friends

Separately from the draw, confirmed new friends you refer count toward rewards listed on capfaces.com/win. Each reward is given once per person. Larger rewards are checked by hand before they are given.

The prize

One Capface each month: the Capface named for that month on capfaces.com/win, made to order and shipped free within the US. No cash, no substitution and no transfer, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if that Capface cannot be made. The approximate retail value is shown below.

The draw

Within 7 days after a month closes, Capfaces draws one confirmed entry at random from every eligible entry that month, weighted by the number of entries each person holds. The draw is done by computer and its record (a random seed, the number of entries and a fingerprint of the entry list) is kept.

Odds

The odds of winning depend on how many eligible entries are received that month.

The winner

We email the winner. The winner must tell us where in the US to send the prize within 7 days of that email, and confirm they are 18 or older and live in the US. If the winner does not claim in time, cannot be reached, or is not eligible, we draw an alternate the same way, up to 3 times. Taxes, if any, are the winner's.

Publicity

We never publish a winner's name. With the winner's permission, given on the claim form, we may say which state the prize went to.

Your information

You give your information to Capfaces, not to Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok or Pinterest. We use what you give us to run the giveaway and, because entering joins the list, to email you about Capfaces. See the Privacy page. We never ask for or keep information about a child.

The fine print

We may cancel, end or change a month if something outside our control (fraud, a technical failure, anything else) affects how it runs fairly, and we decide all questions about the giveaway. Arizona law governs these rules. For the winner's state, or a copy of these rules, email hello@capfaces.com.
